Machines can indeed manage the complex tasks that are now reserved to employees. These technologies are continuously evolving, but the current Artificial Intelligence is not yet suitable for creative, interpersonal, and physical tasks. It is employed to support decision-makers, and not to autonomously take those decisions, since that is still carried out by human intelligence. AI does not eliminate work for employees, but the workload is simplified and reduced.

At the same time, thanks to new technologies like Artificial Intelligence and Robotic Process Automation, new professional figures with technical competencies are emerging in the market.
